#40. Constant Focus

Constant Focus claims, like so many other dietary supplements, to be “the number one factor” in brain support. This is unfortunately just a bold claim made with no scientific foundation or evidence provided to back it up. Constant Focus benefits include enhanced mental alertness, memory and focus capacity, allowing users to make the most of their brain capacities. The formula features a mixture of vitamins and popular herbal ingredients, but the manufacturer fails to offer exact details on the quantities/concentrations for each of the ingredients.

Is Constant Focus Right For You?

Constant Focus is advertised as a dietary supplement designed to enhance one’s brain activity. The company behind this product is Market Health, although an official website is not currently available. We believe that the lack of an official presentation website severely undermines the credibility of any company, especially because consumers tend to be more and more educated and gather sufficient information prior to making any purchase.

According to the manufacturer, this formula is the "number one factor" in brain support, however this remains a mere marketing claim in the absence of any scientific evidence. The proprietary blend of ingredients used to create this formula are said to increase blood flow to the brain, allowing for more oxygen rich blood to supply the brain and the nervous system which further enhances its capacity. It is also said to protect the brain from “free radicals” and work as anti-oxidant.

Much like many other vitamins and herbal approaches to the issue of focus and brain supplementation, the ingredients are quite common; therefore, the mechanism through which the formula exerts its benefits is also similar. The money back guarantee feature offered by the manufacturer is only partially correct. A customer cannot return a product once it has been opened. That means that if you are not satisfied with this supplement, then you have no way of getting your money back.

Hey Rex , what are those better suplements I like to try them

Vanity June 24, 2013 at 4:01 PM

I don’t think this is the best I’ve tried but it’s ok overall. It is decent in long term treatments and can sometimes be really effective. The effects are kind of inconsistent though I wished it was a little more potent.

My girlfriend and I were planning to try this for a long time. I found a good deal on Amazon and I bought it for me first.I can say that I am surprised by the results. I was skeptical at first, but I am happy that I was wrong. I will definitely buy this for my girlfriend, too.

Lately I am feeling overwhelmed with the amount of information I have gathered over the past years. I have tones of research done, but when my personal problems began to interfere with my work, I was so upset and I have inexplicably started to have memory issues and lapses of memory. This product helped me a bit to get back on track, but I hope to get further improvements from this treatment.

I think it is pretty effective and a good choice for most people. I know for a fact that it allows you to concentrate better because we take regular performance tests at work. This was the very reason I bought it for, as the very idea of regular tests seemed very stressful for me.

Sometimes I have weird days that I can’t seem to get anything done. Usually after a day like that I find it hard to get back on my normal routine. When that happens I take Constant Focus for a couple of weeks and it’s all ok again.

It is one of the good supplements I’ve taken but sadly not the best. I have found several that perform better, albeit at a slightly bigger price. I don’t think that that price is such an issue when dealing with these supplements though.

It’s not a single day that I do anything worthwhile without taking Constant Focus. It’s my little helper in whatever I need. I do things in a more relaxed way and I never panic because I always have a solution and never get stuck.

I’t a good concentration drug that has no side effects from what I can tell. There’s no need to worry about headaches or stomach problems while taking this. Give it a try and you’ll see that the effect is on par with the label claims.

My daughter is so difficult with us lately … she stays up all night and studies for the big exam. She will finish highschool this year. I heard a lot of positive reviews about Constant Focus. I will try to convince her to take it, because it is very hard for us to see the poor baby trying so hard. Hopefully it will help her focus better.

Morgan March 24, 2013 at 6:07 PM

I think it’s great! It keeps me focused and calculated. I am able to solve all the issues that I normally get in a day’s work and when I get home I am happy to just lay down and read a good book. It’s the only thing that was missing from my life.

Veronica March 17, 2013 at 9:33 PM

I don’t think this is the best product out there. It can’t be. I’ve taken it for three months and only felt mild improvements. I did get rid of my most serious attention problems, but I still have an overall feeling of anxiousness when things get complex. It’s not a bad product, I just think you can do better.

Eileen March 10, 2013 at 10:49 AM

Right now this is the only product that works for me. I’m sure there are better or cheaper things but I don’t have the patience to try them all. My advice is to stick to what works for you.

Warren March 3, 2013 at 3:04 PM

The effects are so slow to appear that it’s not worth the money. There are much better alternatives out there.

Helen February 14, 2013 at 1:03 PM

I started taking Constant Focus two weeks ago and it seems results are starting to show, I don’t get so easily distracted at work. Before I got on these meds, I was starting to think I have the same power of concentration as my 6 yr old.

Ken May 1, 2012 at 12:28 AM

Started on this product about 3 years ago and saw an immediate improvement using 2 pills / day instead of the recommended 3. Have tried reducing it to 1 a day and noticed the decline in mental acuity within a few days and returned to the 2 / day regimen.

Vanessa May 15, 2011 at 4:48 PM

Did not give me any better focus. I would be better off with somthing else. This is just a supplement with general vitamins and minerals.

Chelsea January 9, 2011 at 4:47 PM

taking Constant Focus certainly seems to increase my focus a bit. You need to take it for a month to see the results but the time is worth it in my opinion.

Dan Y October 9, 2010 at 12:51 PM

this product is a real let down. You need to take five or six of these vitamins everyday to get any benefit out of them.

Tom September 15, 2010 at 12:46 PM

this is a supplement that needs to be used over months to make a difference. You cant expect to see results in days.

Daisy February 15, 2010 at 12:43 PM

I noticed little, if any difference in my memory and concentration. It is still quite sub-par.
